Description of Bank
This is a vintage chalkware piggy bank. The pig is sitting upright with his arms up and hooves resting under his chin. His facial expression is laughing, and one eye is winking. One ear is up and the other is down. The coin slot is on the back of its head and there is no hole to remove the coins.

History of Manufacturer
While I found similar piggy banks online, each was painted differently. One seller said the bank was carnival chalkware. There is information on carnival chalkware here, but no information on manufacture.
